Yuliya Viyuk is the founder and principal immigration lawyer at JV LEGAL, advising individuals and UK employers across the full range of UK immigration routes, including ILR, British Citizenship, and Sponsor Licence applications and compliance. Yuliya is a graduate of The University of Law, qualified through the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE), and regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA). She also holds an MBA and spent over eight years advising start-ups and established companies on company formation, corporate structuring and regulatory compliance.
